Supplier Agreement

This Supplier Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between ShiLai™ (“Supplier”) and the purchasing party (“Buyer”) for the supply of Retatrutide products, including bulk, custom, or private label formulations listed on RetatrutideWholesale.com.

1. Products and Pricing

The Supplier agrees to sell, and the Buyer agrees to purchase, specified quantities of Retatrutide products. All prices will be confirmed in writing and are subject to availability and valid quotation.

2. Quality Assurance

All Retatrutide products are subject to strict quality control and come with supporting documentation, including COA, MSDS, and relevant certifications. The Buyer must inspect goods upon delivery and report any quality issues within 5 business days.

3. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed, payment must be made via bank transfer or approved method prior to shipment. Payment terms, including deposits, are outlined in the official invoice.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery terms (e.g., EXW, FOB, CIF) will be defined per order. Supplier will provide assistance with export documentation. Risk of loss transfers to Buyer upon dispatch or as per Incoterms agreement.

5. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, product names, and content related to ShiLai™ remain the intellectual property of the Supplier. Buyer may not use these assets for resale or promotion without prior written consent.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality on all technical, pricing, or trade-related information shared during this agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

Supplier shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Liability shall not exceed the value of the goods supplied.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Supplier operates (Zhejiang, China).

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If unresolved, either party may seek arbitration in the Supplier’s location.
